Rates for visitors
RATES FOR VISITORS
The minimum chargeable length is 25 feet overall length (LOA).
- Daily Rate: $2.50 per foot (LOA) for the first 2 days.
- Additional discounts will be applied for extra days.
- Temporary Stop: $15 for 3 hours (subject to availability).
- Other rates available for weekly and monthly stays (contact the manager).
- Cancellations are free of charge if confirmed with 48 hours’ notice.

MEMBER RATES
RATES FOR MEMBERS
The displayed prices for members include:
- A dock space with electricity, drinking water, and Wi-Fi
- Discount on fuel
- Free parking
- Septic pump-out services
- Use of BBQs and terraces
- Access to restrooms and showers
- Free coffee and more
Price per linear foot (minimum 25 feet): $66.00
The overall length (LOA) of the vessel is used to calculate the seasonal rate, not the registered length.
In addition, a one-time amount of $1000 is required to become a member.
Specialized websites are used to determine the overall length. In case of doubt, a physical measurement of the boat will be conducted.
